Currently we do not ship to AK, HI, PR, US Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses nor international. Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing. Arrival times are estimated at 1-7 working days once an order has shipped.

When will my order by shipped?
All orders placed before 12:00pm Eastern (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after these cut-off times will be shipped the following working day. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you, which will include an estimated delivery date and tracking links (for most carriers).
Order Processing
Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Do you deliver outside of the US?
At this time Samsonite does not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam or internationally.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, then please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I want to return my item?
Should you wish to return your item to us, please read our returns policy first.
Shipping to Freight Forwarder or Non-Residential Address
If you use a freight forwarder or ship to a non-residential address (such as a hotel) Ontotravels is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered. This means that Ontotravels is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to a freight forwarder or non-residential address. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder or at a non-residential address will be your responsibility.
